1. Definitions

The author: hipercom.pl (Tomasz Tyrakowski)

The software: CrowdChant mobile application

2. Personal information

The author does not knowingly collect, store or process any personal information about the users of the software.

The software doesn't send any information about the users and their interaction with the software to the author.

3. Recorded media

Any audio samples recorded with the software are stored only in the local storage memory of the device the software is installed on. The software does not send any media (in whole or part) to the author or any other third party.

4. Advertisement

The software takes advantage of advertisement services (AdMob) for monetization. The advertisement content served in the software is not controlled by the author and is provided via a specialized advertisement SDK by the advertisement provider (AdMob).

5. Data collection

According to the Google Mobile Ads SDK data collection disclosure available here, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:

• IP address - may be used to estimate the general location of a device,
• user product interactions, including app launch, taps, and video views,
• diagnostic information related to the performance of the app and the SDK, including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage,
• device and Account identifiers - Android advertising (ad) ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.

Please note, that the above information is collected and processed by Google, not by the author of the software, who has no access to this data.
