X24: problems reported on July 15 have their source on the server side (tvn24.pl). The original Windows application, downloaded from tvn24.pl, doesn't show any messages either (it keeps displaying a message "There are no news at the moment..."). We'll keep monitoring this issue.2011-07-15

X24 v. 1.2 released. This version handles urgent news better and has some minor performance optimizations. Besides, the handling of cathegories has been redesigned and is much more flexible in this version. Upgrade is recommended for all users of X24 v. 1.1 and v. 1.0.

X24 v. 1.1 released. This is a maintenance release, caused by the changes in the protocol introduced by tvn24. The new version conforms to the current protocol and news format, and the message cathegories have been updated to reflect the latest changes.

SynXer v. 1.0 beta released. SynXer is a folder synchronization tool for Mac OS X, having some nice features (like miltiple projects, editable synchronization schedules, different synchronization methods etc.).

New web site design. The hipercom.pl web site has been finally redesigned. Now it is less graphics-dependent and conforms in a higher degree to Web standards. It is also readable on small screens of mobile devices (see example 1 or example 2). The site is rather simplistic, which better expresses the philosophy of hipercom.pl (simple, stable, efficient).
The site looks best in Gecko (Firefox, Camino) or WebKit (Safari) browsers. Users of Opera or IE will experience slightly different page decoration.
Some items still need polishing, so slight changes in the future can be expected.

EPPE v. 1.5P released. This is a special build for Panther (Mac OS X 10.3.x) systems running on PowerPC architecture. The functionality is identical to the mainstream 1.5 version. Users of Tiger or Leopard should download the universal binary. The Panther build will be updated as long as the 10.3.x SDK will be available as a part of the Apple developer tools.

There's again some active development going on at hipercom.pl after a year's break (the break was due to personal reasons). Updates and new releases can be expected soon.

There have been some temporary problems with the web server. We apologize for inconvenience. The problems were caused by a misconfigured secondary DNS server. The DNS is now moved to different machines and hopefully this problem will never occur again.

X24 v. 1.0 released. This Mac OS X application displays the news downloaded from the tvn24.pl web server in a form of scrolling text. Requires Internet connection. The news are in Polish only.

EPPE v. 1.5 released. The new version features a built-in dictionary editor and an updated database engine.

EPPE v. 1.0 released. EPPE is an English-Polish and Polish-English dictionary for Mac OS X.

DefEcs v. 1.0 released. This is the firs Mac OS X application officially released by hipercom.pl. DefEcs is a browser and an editor for the system settings database in OS X. Generally, it may be useful to developers and system tweakers, but its ability to cleanup after uninstalled applications and to back up the database may be useful also to common users.
