synXer v. 1.0 beta released and available for download. Some Leopard issues have been reported. Please consult the support page.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

Hardware:

• Macintosh with PowerPC G3, G4, G5 or Intel processor
• enough of RAM to boot the system and run an application consuming a few megabytes of memory (256MB should be enough)
• 1 MB of hard disk space (projects not included, a single project takes up to 5kB of disk space)

Operating system:

• Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or higher
• tested with Leopard, some issues reported, see the support page

HOW TO INSTALL

Please follow these steps:

1. Download th application disk image.
2. Double-click the downloaded disk image. It will be mounted and a new disk icon will appear on your desktop. Simultaneously, a new Finder window should pop up, displaying the contents of the mounted disk image.
3. Drag the synXer application icon to its destination location, e.g. your Applications folder.
4. After successful installation, drag the mounted synXer disk image from the desktop to the trash to unmount it.
5. If no longer needed, you can now safely remove the downloaded disk image file (.dmg).

HOW TO UNINSTALL

Use DefEcs or a similar application to remove the domain pl.hipercom.synXer from the defaults database (not required), and then drag synXer icon from its location in your system (usually the Applications folder) to the trash.
