The software: Kop cards mobile game

2. Personal information

The author does not knowingly collect, store or process any personal information about the users of the software.

The software doesn't send any information about the users and their interaction with the software to the author.

3. Impact on underages

The software simulates a card game, which involves bidding (setting the game stake). Despite the fact, that the software does not use the notion of money as such, it still may be interpreted as a form of gambling, so it is not intended for use by underages.

The software does not contain any elements of violence, offending language or threatening.

4. Advertisement

The software takes advantage of advertisement services (AdMob) for monetization. The advertisement content served in the software is not controlled by the author and is provided via a specialized advertisement SDK by the advertisement provider (AdMob).

5. Data collection

According to the Google Mobile Ads SDK data collection disclosure available here, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:

• IP address - may be used to estimate the general location of a device,
• user product interactions, including app launch, taps, and video views,
• diagnostic information related to the performance of the app and the SDK, including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage,
• device and Account identifiers - Android advertising (ad) ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.

Please note, that the above information is collected and processed by Google, not by the author of the software, who has no access to this data.
